Keynote Speaker:  Bob Beaudine, Author of "The Power of WHO" and CEO of Eastman & Beaudine

Do you know that key relationships have been specifically placed to help you in ways you never imagined? Do you realize there are special people who are not just happenstance acquaintances but strategic relationships to help you find the life of your dream? Have you missed the simplicity behind this mysterious thing called DESTINY? Perhaps the real problem of finding your dream isn't about who you don't know, but whom you've neglected.

In THE POWER OF WHO! Bob Beaudine presents a revolutionary concept that will get you moving toward your dreams and goals in ways you never imagined. This book challenges many widely held presumptions, including the importance of traditional networking. Instead he offers a different plan -- a time-tested, unique approach.

First Beaudine leads you to identify people within your group of friends and friends of friends who are the foundation for making connections. Then he takes you through what you want to accomplish in life and encourages you to dare to dream, to DREAM BIG!

Bob manages the nation’s leading executive search firm in sports and entertainment. Bob has helped shape the leadership teams of some of the world’s most innovative and dynamic businesses:

NBA, Major League Baseball, Hockey, Tennis, Rodeo, PGATOUR, Arena Football, US Olympics, NASCAR, Horse Racing, and Ultimate Fighting Championships.

He has interviewed & coached Senators, Governors, Generals, CEO’s, University Presidents, Top Athletic Coaches and Studio Presidents.

A THANK YOU FROM FORMER ED, CINDY KLEIN

Leadership Tyler Alumni & Friends:

It is with the most humble heart that I thank you for the best 6 1/2 years of my professional life. This transition has been emotional for me as I know that Leadership Tyler has stretched me, opened my heart, and taught me to view leadership as a life-long process of self-discovery and growth. The relationships I have been fortunate enough to build through Leadership Tyler have enriched my life in ways that I could never describe. I thank you for this opportunity and for your continued support over the past years - it's the reason I can move on.

I have never been more touched than to be made an honorary Leadership Tyler alumni. I will be the proudest Alumni on the planet and will hope to serve you well in the future. Also, your gift to the Women's Fund on my behalf truly defines what all alumni have, a servant's heart for leadership. This gift means the world to me because my passion in recent years has revolved around The Women's Fund and our mission which leverages the philanthropic capacity of women as
a catalyst for positive change. I hope to serve the WF as long as needed and to be a member indefinitely. Please accept my most sincere gratitude for such a wonderful gift.

So it is time for a breathe of fresh air at leadership at LT! As you know, we have the finest board in the world (no hyperbole either!!) and our board search committee couldn't have selected a better leader than Colleen Colby. As you know, Colleen was a member of Class 21 and was also elected as one of their Class Representatives. She is truly one of most amazing people you will ever know and it gives me such peace that she will be taking over this organization that means so much to me. I am excited for what's ahead for LT - so many things are being planned and you will benefit from her leadership and enthusiasm! You're LT Alumni so I know you will support her as you did me and is in for the best time of her life as well.

MY HEART IS FULL - THANK YOU!

This is how change happens, though. It is a relay race, and we're very conscious of that, that our job really is to do our part of the race, and then we pass it on, and then someone picks it up, and it keeps going. And that is how it is.

- Alice Walker
